There is a one week limit to booking an adjustment to your recent cut or colour.In order to reserve your appointment, we require a credit card, which will be kept on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show charge.

Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals

By cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you agree to pay a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of service. By not showing up or failing to cancel your appointment in advance, you will be charged the full cost of service. Should you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment, it will be at the discretion of the salon and service provider to end your appointment early or reschedule, as well as charging you a portion of the cost of service.
